Hosted by Small Changes Big Shifts and the Wellness Consortium, the Better Together Gathering is a semi-annual tradition that brings together our growing community of supporters, wellness professionals, and purpose-driven leaders. It’s both a fundraiser supporting Small Changes Big Shifts' mission and a celebration of the work we do, together, to create a healthier, more connected world.
We’re excited to welcome keynote speaker Jill Tupper, who will share transformative strategies to turn stress into strength and build resilience. Following her keynote, she will lead an interactive workshop at Your Wellness Connection from January 29–31, 2026, offering a deeper dive into practical tools to navigate high stress, reset your nervous system, and cultivate calm, empowered living.

About Jill Tupper:
Jill draws upon her 6+ months and 7 missions into the war zones of Ukraine, training leaders in the midst of bombings, air raids sirens and blackouts to calm in crisis through her own NSR™ Nervous System Reset. Her thirst for adventure has led her from summiting Kilimanjaro, to marathons, triathlons, rock-climbing and traveling the world challenging others and herself to take inspired action.
Her global experiences in working with Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity in Calcutta, Ethiopia and beyond, backed by breakthroughs in neuroscience, proves the revolutionary power of purpose.
With her M.A. in Leadership, B.S. in Occupational Therapy and former instructor at the Rady School of Management, UCSD, Jill merges neuroscience & leadership—transforming stress into strength. Her high-energy keynotes inspire audiences around the globe to boldly live on purpose.
