Everyone is welcome! 

These twice-yearly meetings allow Kansas City metro health and wellness providers and vendors passionate about whole person care from all over the city to meet together for connection, networking and inspiration with a special guest speaker presentation. 

Members and non-members are welcome with all proceeds raised from the event going to the Big Shifts Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to making generational lifestyle changes by providing young people (5-30 years old) with safe places and resources to enable their whole health.

Life is full of competing priorities. We strive to “balance” never-ending work and home deadlines, parenting, partnering, volunteering, and hearing the forever dinging alerts that notify us of new emails or text messages. With constant stimulation swarming around us, there so little time for calm, peace, or opportunity to fill our own cups because we give so much of ourselves away. 

In this interactive session, learn how to live your best life as we walk through defining your own personal mission statement, identifying what your harmony wheel can look like, what you need to stop, start and continue to get there, and most importantly the action steps to live a level 10 life.

We are Kansas City metro health and wellness providers and vendors passionate about whole person care and making a difference in the community. We understand it takes a tribe when it comes to living a healthy and vibrant life so we are committed to helping people live their fullest potential through the Quadrants of Well-being. 

We vary from medical doctors to chiropractors to local café owners and more! Currently, we have five different monthly meetings in the greater Kansas City area and one virtual monthly meeting where we come together to Connect, Build, and Support our businesses, each other, and our communities.
