We are Kansas City metro health and wellness providers and vendors passionate about whole person care and making a difference in the community. We include medical doctors, chiropractors, bodyworkers, energy healers, acupuncturists, estheticians, physical therapists, chefs, home organizers, life coaches, web designers, visual brand experts, natural health product vendors, uplifting clothing providers, and more!

We understand it takes a tribe when it comes to living a healthy and vibrant life so we are committed to helping people live their fullest potential through the Quadrants of Well-being (see more at https://smallchangesbigshifts.com/how-we-teach/). We use this framework to help clients understand the need to focus on all areas of health - mechanical, chemical, energetical, psychospiritual - and to refer to each other for client needs that we do not cover.

We meet monthly through eight different meeting locations around the greater Kansas City area where we share, connect and inspire to support our businesses and create positive wellness change in our community.
