Spring Into Wellness is a free fair focused on helping you come fully alive by expanding well-being, growth, and vitality.

Share the morning with specialists in health and wellness during this FREE event as your visit health exhibitor booths, watch demonstrations, and participate in mini-workshops and mini-exercise classes - all opportunities to learn more about how to care for all of you - spirit, mind and body!

We believe wellness doesn't have to be complicated.

While striving to be healthy can feel daunting, we see that when broken down into small steps and nurtured along the way with the right resources, you are able to create a sustainable lifetime of well-being.

To help empower you through whole person health, we have partnered with our Wellness Consortium provider network and sponsor Wellspring School of Allied Health to bring you this free morning of well-being!

Whether you are brand new to holistic health or are already on your journey in some way, we have resources to meet you where you are at!

During the event, you will have the opportunity to learn and experience ways to care for yourself from a spirit, mind and body perspective including:
