Ease the winter blues with a cozy, hygge-inspired doodle workshop focused on comfort, connection, and self-care. Cozy Within: A Hygge-Inspired Self-Care Doodle Workshop 90-Minute Virtual Experience Winter invites us to slow down, soften, and tend to what’s happening within. In this cozy, creative workshop, we’ll explore Hygge, the Danish practice of cultivating warmth, comfort, and well-being, and use gentle doodling as a form of self-care, reflection, and connection. This is not about creating “art.” It’s about creating comfort, calm, and connection, inside and out. 


✨ What to Expect During this 90-minute virtual workshop, you’ll experience: A grounding welcome to help you arrive and settle in A brief introduction to hygge and how it supports emotional well-being Guided doodling prompts focused on comfort, ease, and self-care Space for reflection, conversation, and community (sharing is always optional) A gentle, nurturing environment designed to help you beat the winter blues No pressure. No perfection. Just presence, creativity, and YOU. 


🖍️ What to Have On Hand Please bring: Paper, a journal, or a sketchpad Markers, colored pencils, crayons, pens, whatever feels fun and inviting to you A cozy drink or blanket, if that supports your comfort 


✨ No artistic skills necessary. If you can make a mark on paper, you belong here.
