Help me Save & Change Lives! COMMUNITY & the drive to make a difference TOGETHER! This year, I was nominated to participate in the American Heart Association’s Woman of Impact campaign for Kansas City! Our campaign goal is to promote healthy lifestyles by building awareness. Supporting heart and cardiovascular health is not only at the core of our careers, but important to both my husband as a practicing cardiologist, by myself as well. For my whole adult life, I have been passionate about promoting individual well-being through optimizing health and nutrition. HALF of all Americans will suffer from cardiovascular disease in their lifetime, with 1 in 3 women perishing from the same process, translating into the loss of a woman every 80 seconds! This emphasizes the impact on a disease that affects every one of us, and this is why we are both ardent supporters of the work set forth by the American Heart Association. This is why I am appealing to you to support our cause. Our campaign goal is to promote healthy lifestyles by building awareness. The funds TEAM IMPACT Nicole raises directly fund LOCAL community initiatives and educational programs as well as research funded directly through the American Heart Association. There is truly no better time than now! Women understand that when we take a stand, commit, and work together, real change is possible.
