Description
Women & Boundaries August 2026
Where self-respect and compassion meet.
For many women, caring for others comes naturally. Saying yes, being available, helping, accommodating, and putting someone else's needs ahead of their own can become so familiar that they don't always recognize when their own boundaries have been crossed—or when they are the ones crossing them.
This experiential workshop offers an opportunity to explore boundaries from a different perspective.
Rather than viewing boundaries as walls, rejection, or simply learning to say "no," we'll explore boundaries as a way of creating healthier, more honest relationships—with ourselves and with others.
Through reflection, conversation, and experiences with the horses, participants will have an opportunity to explore where they may be overextending themselves, what makes it difficult to honor their own needs, and what it might look like to communicate from a place of courage, compassion, and clarity.
Boundaries aren't just about saying no; they're about creating space for a more honest yes.
This may be especially meaningful for women who find themselves constantly caring for others, struggling to say no, feeling responsible for everyone's well-being, or wanting healthier relationships without becoming less compassionate.
