The majority of us humans traverse through life just doing the next thing ahead of us. We rarely 'check in' to ourselves to see if the way we are living life is actually pleasing, inspiring, or even nourishing to our soul. If we did this check in, would the answer be, "yes"?  If not, what true purpose are you serving each day? You awake each day to another opportunity to behold the wondrous gift of life... why not uncover your true self and the gifts of yourself you are bringing?!

Hello, I am Carrie Martin, a Registered Nurse who is certified and trained in Bioenergetics, the B.E.S.T. techniques, HeartMath, and Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching. I use several modalities to help bring the subconscious to surface, and therefore, allow the opportunity to make changes. In addition, we are balancing your nervous system, physical body, emotional system, soul and spirit. Within this process, you begin to "remember" who you truly are and not the projected self you have been in the world. And then, you are seeing amazing you,.... and life marvelously becomes more!
