I'm a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) specializing in mental wellness and holistic support for women navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. After relocating to Kansas City in August, I joined the integrative care team at LotusCare KC, where I offer therapeutic yoga in person and virtually.
