I'm a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) specializing in mental wellness and holistic support for women navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. After relocating to Kansas City in August, I joined the integrative care team at LotusCare KC, where I offer therapeutic yoga in person and virtually. My work includes one-on-one sessions and group classes integrating evidence-informed yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles to support emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care.
