About
I'm a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) specializing in mental wellness and holistic support for women navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. After relocating to Kansas City in August, I joined the integrative care team at LotusCare KC, where I offer therapeutic yoga in person and virtually. My work includes one-on-one sessions and group classes integrating evidence-informed yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles to support emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care. Whether online or in person, I create a compassionate space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and navigate change with greater ease and clarity.
Stop Managing Your Stress. Start Regulating Your System.
Clinical Yoga Therapy for Caregivers, Helpers, and the Overwhelmed.
Are you navigating the "Invisible Load" of caregiving, professional burnout, or hormonal shifts? When stress becomes chronic, "just relaxing" isn't enough because the tension is stored in your nervous system.
I’m Viviane Wolfe, an MSW student and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). I bridge the gap between clinical mental health insights and somatic bodywork. I don't just teach you yoga; I help you build a Somatic Blueprint to move out of "survival mode" and back into your life.
The Clinical Distinction:
Unlike a general yoga class, a Yoga Therapy session is a one-on-one clinical partnership. By looking below the 'tip of the iceberg,' we use evidence-informed tools to release the physical bracing of burnout. We leverage the complete clinical toolkit of yoga, most of which is invisible to the eye but deeply felt in the body.

What to Expect:
Go deeper than a group fitness class with a 1:1 clinical partnership, which is designed around your specific nervous system architecture. Every 60-minute session includes:
- Somatic Assessment: Identifying where your burnout is stored (The "Grip" in the jaw or the "Freeze" in the spine).
- Targeted Movement (Asana): Precisely tailored movement (in-person can include the Great Wall/Yoga Wall) to decompress the nervous system, not to "workout."
- Neurological Breathwork (Pranayama): Precise tools to stimulate the Vagus nerve and "hack" your calm.
- Guided Stillness & Mindset Tools (Pratyahara/Dhyana): MSW-informed practices to quiet the "inner critic" and process caregiving grief.
- Ayurvedic Lifestyle Design: Sustainable, nature-based routines to align your daily habits with your body’s natural rhythms. We optimize your environment and schedule to provide a stable foundation for nervous system recovery.
This is for you if:
- You are a caregiver or helping professional experiencing compassion fatigue.
- You are navigating perimenopause/menopause and need somatic tools for hormonal anxiety.
- You are caught in Decision Fatigue and need to delegate your movement decisions to a clinical expert.
